The growth of Vancouver-based Cutler is a Canadian success story.

From humble beginnings this family business turned SMB has quietly become one of the nations most in demand commercial interior design, architecture and project management firms – working alongside brands such as Samsung, Panago, Flight Centre, Off-White, Comor and Sweat & Tonic.

Cutler came to us with a mission: to design and implement a system that supported the company’s growth – while matching the high calibre design and client experience they’re known for.

The goal was simple, but finding an automated solution that met Cutler’s unique needs was a bit of a puzzle.

To crack the code we worked closely with the executive team and CEO over the course of an 18 month consulting and integration period.

During this time we dove deep into the intricacies of their business: who they are, what makes them tick, their successes, challenges and internal processes on both the team and client-side.

On the business automation side we chose a software stack that was robust, yet economical with the ability to grow as the company did.

From CRM integration and proposal & contract management software, to cloud-based financial reporting and time management & tracking consulting. All were integrated to help drive Cutler’s internal businesses processes and facilitate growth.

On the digital marketing side we devised and implemented an expansive SEO strategy to widen the firm’s reach, increase search engine discoverability and filter consistent high quality leads into the pipeline.

As a result Cutler is now the top ranked commercial interior design firm in both Vancouver and Canada. We also implemented a technical SEO strategy targeted to Google’s image search engine, ensuring that their large catalogue of project photos are intelligently optimized to drive additional traffic and leads via this often overlooked channel.

On the design side we gave the website a fresh coat of paint that matched the polished, professional, cool vibe of the brand. This included the full redesign of the company’s website – with a strategic focus on showcasing their completed projects to allow the incredible branded spaces they’ve created for their clients speak for itself.
