THE RUN DOWN
Training vs. Enablement, What’s the difference?
Very briefly, Training is to Enablement what an encyclopedia is to a documentary writer.
They are two separate functions, that – when properly teamed together – provide solid footing for improving the companies process and organization.
Training is very formal in nature. A month long crash course about ‘How to start a fire!’ is an example of a training course. You would learn multiple ways of building a fire.
Enablements responsibility.. is to now harness what you learned in “How to Start a Fire!” and use that newfound set of knowledge to show the cook the benefits of the fire by demonstrating it’s value and how it will:
1) Increase revenue for the cook, 2) decrease expenses for the cook, or 3) both.
Sales enablement allows us to reload our quivers with new and improved sets of arrows for the next battle to win business.
STEP 1
Insight and Roadmap
We discuss what has worked, and what has not. We want to understand the full insight and third eye into your business.
We draft a roadmap for training and enablement for your team and stakeholders.
STEP 2
Program Implement
We meet with your executive or management team and implement comprehensive training manuals that fit with your current ecosystem for staff enablement.
Each process is directly driven to support your unique business operation.
